Upload a file and get a short URL and QR code that will directly download the file when scanned.

Maximum size: 1 GB (Server sucks sometimes :-)). Allowed: documents, images, archives, PDFs, etc. Dangerous file types (e.g. .php, .js) are blocked.

If left empty, we will fall back to the file name.
